Data Download
Beach surveys continue to be collected each month at Narrabeen-Collaroy. Download of the complete beach survey transects dataset (1976-present), bathymetry transects and historical inshore wave and astronomical tide information (1979-2014) is also available.
These data are provided freely on this website for non-commercial use and without restriction. The accompanying Data Descriptor published in the journal 'Scientific Data' (Nature Publishing Group) provides a detailed description of data collection methods, data validation, accompanying metadata, limitations and data file formats.
As a condition of download and/or use of any data provided here it is required that this peer-reviewed Data Descriptor be explicitly referenced as the source of data included or referred to in all publications, as well as any other means of communication or distribution.
